Fairfield Hospital is 2.5 miles from St Helens town centre. It is on Crank Road just off the A570, immediately after the A580/A570 crossroads.

The hospital is close to the main motorway network, and the following are all within 6½ miles of the hospital:

Car parking is free and the hospital is on a local bus route. Local railway stations are St Helens Central, St Helens Junction, and Rainford Junction.
