Patient Satisfaction Survey - January to December 2007

In 2007 we issued around 3400 questionnaires to inpatients asking them to provide feedback on all aspects of their care, from the pre-admission process, arrival at the hospital, treatment, care and discharge.

We are pleased to report that we received a tremendous result, with 56% of the 3400 patients responding, and 97% of those who responded rating the overall standard either "very good" or "excellent"
