Mr Ravi Pydisetty has worked at St Helens & Knowsley teaching hospitals since 2008, qualifying from Andhra University, India 1991. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and MCh (Orth) from Liverpool.

Most of Mr Pydisetty’s elective surgery work is Hip and Knee Joint Replacement, Arthroscopic surgery of the Knee including Meniscal repairs and reconstruction, ACL, PCL and Multi ligament reconstructions, Articular cartilage resurfacing, Partial and Total Knee joint replacement, Personalised patient specific knee replacement using the Depuy Trumatch, Oxford Signature systems and ConforMIS. Some of these procedures, i.e. ACL, are performed at alternative Hospitals.

Mr Pydisetty is regional clinical co-ordinator for the National Joint Registry, Advancing Quality Northwest (AQuA) and National Hip Fracture Data Base.

He is a member of the British Association for Surgery of the Knee and the British Medical Association.
