What do Multifocal Intraocular Lenses do?

Multifocal Intraocular Lenses can be set to both near and distance vision, which can potentially reduce the chances of needing reading glasses after surgery. Unlike traditional monofocal intraocular lenses which are fixed to either distance or near vision.
