Director of Clinical Services and Quality

This will be a Full time role.

Starting Salary circa £60k per annum

Are you ready for your next challenge and the next step in your career to join the senior management team at Fairfield Independent Hospital?

This varied role requires you to work across clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital, working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a Registered Nurse, however, other healthcare professionals will be considered.

You will have a strong, clinical and quality background and have knowledge of the CQC and other regulatory processes. It is essential that you have risk management, governance, patient safety (PSIRF) and quality experience.

You will be one of four Directors on the Executive Team and you will attend Board and sub-committee meetings.

You will have responsibility for contributing to a person-centred culture to ensure an outstanding experience for staff and patients and creating an environment that promotes personal accountability and delivers continuous improvement.
