Endoscopy Patient Questionnaire Results – January to March 2019

As a part of our commitment to our patients we have published the results of our Endoscopy Patient Questionnaire Audit for Quarter 4 2018.

Below is an outline of the results from patients who underwent endoscopy procedures in January, February and March 2019 (Quarter 4).

226 procedures took place with 168 patients (74%) returning a completed questionnaire.

Endoscopy procedures included Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy and Gastroscopy.

We want to thank all the patients who participated in our recent audit.

Summary

87% of patients stated the service they received was excellent, 13% rated the service as very good.
