We aim to do everything we can to make booking an appointment as simple and straightforward as it can be. Whether you have medical insurance or not, you can access our modern, clean private facilities.
Before booking an appointment you will need:
- A referral (from your GP, optician or an appropriate clinician)
- Pre-authorisation (medical insured patients only)

Cancelling your appointment
If, for any reason, you are not able to keep your appointment, please tell us as soon as possible so that your appointment can be given to another patient.
To cancel your appointment, please call us on 01744 746 425 or email enquiries@fairfield.org.uk
NHS patients who do not cancel their appointment and do not attend may be discharged back to their GP.
Cancellations by us
We endeavour to make sure appointments are not cancelled but this may sometimes occur because of medical emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will arrange a new appointment for you as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
