Endoscopy Patient Questionnaire Results – October to December 2018

As a part of our commitment to our patients we have published the results of our Endoscopy Patient Questionnaire Audit for Quarter 3 2018.

Below is an outline of the results from patients who underwent endoscopy procedures in October, November, December 2018 (Quarter 3).

205 procedures took place with 110 patients (54%) returning a completed questionnaire.

Endoscopy procedures included Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy and Gastroscopy.

We want to thank all the patients who participated in our recent audit.

Summary

80% of patients stated the service they received was excellent, 16% rated the service as very good.
