Tissue Viability Society Regional Study Day 25.05.2017

Today we were proud to host a Tissue Viability Society regional study day at Rainford Hall

We would like to thank our Chief Nurse, Julie Ollerton and Julie’s PA, Joanne Lamb for all their hard work in ensuring the event was a great success.

The aim of this type of study day is to increase awareness of good clinical practice in wound prevention and management for all our staff but also opening it up for local Hospitals, Care Homes and Hospices.

Latest in Wound Prevention and Management

This was an excellent opportunity for our nurses to speak to experts in the field, as well as raise any questions they may have with the latest developments in wound prevention and management.

We would like to thank all our staff and local health professionals who attended the event today.

The Tissue Viability Society continues to host popular free Regional Study Days around the UK and we would love to host another study day in the future.

We would also like to thank all the companies who provided the supporting exhibition of preventive aids and wound care products.
