Cold Room Catering Assistant

31 hours per week to include evenings and week-ends

The postholder will assist in the preparation, cooking and service of meals to patients. The post-holder will be expected to work flexibly across a range of duties and areas, to provide a high quality, patient focused service and to liaise with relevant departments and team members. NVQ Level 2 Catering and or training towards this qualification is essential, as is a basic Food Hygiene qualification.  The successful applicant will have had experience of working in a busy commercial kitchen.
