Dr John McLindon qualified from the University of Liverpool in 1986, trained in Liverpool and Manchester and was appointed to the post of Consultant Gastroenterologist at St Helens and Knowsley in 1990. He has been the senior Gastroenterologist in the Trust since then and is also the Director of Medical Education for the Trust. He has an interest in managing a full range of Gastroenterology and Hepatolgy problems and has expertise in all diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic investigations.
