Endoscopy Patient Questionnaire Results – April to June 2019

As a part of our commitment to our patients we have published the results of our Endoscopy Patient Questionnaire Audit for Quarter 1 2019.

Below is an outline of the results from patients who underwent endoscopy procedures in April, May and June 2019 (Quarter 1).

201 procedures took place with 122 patients (60%) returning a completed questionnaire.

Endoscopy procedures included Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy and Gastroscopy.

We want to thank all the patients who participated in our recent audit.

Summary

81% of patients stated the service they received was excellent, 18% rated the service as very good.
