Team Leader – Theatre

Full time role , 37.5 hours per week, including Saturdays and participation in On Call Rota

 £35,262 per annum

An excellent development opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Theatre Team Leader.

The role consists of the day-to-day management of the Theatre Department to include line management responsibility.

The post holder should be committed to providing first class care to all patients and must have excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Furthermore applicants must be able to demonstrate and provide evidence that they have been working towards a managerial role; this could include:

• Knowledge and participation in the appraisal and review process
• Experience of day-to-day management within the Theatre environment
