Why choose us:
Comprehensive service
We have a team of Consultant ENT Surgeons, who provide a comprehensive service for patients who suffer from impacted ear wax or other types of ear-related conditions.
You will be offered an appointment at the earliest convenient date for you.
During your initial consultation you will be seen by a consultant, who is specifically trained and has experience of performing microsuction clearance. You will be able to explain your medical history and any concerns you might have with the surgeon who would be performing the microsuction clearance.
Your consultant will discuss with you if they feel any further diagnostic tests such as scans or blood tests are needed, if there are any other treatment pathways to consider, which might be an option or if you can be booked straight in for a procedure.

What's included:
The service provides direct access to micro-suction earwax removal performed by an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Consultant.
Self-pay microsuction clearance is from £150 per treatment.
These fees include both ears, and up to two attempts. This appointment is for strictly earwax removal only, and this appointment does not include or require an initial consultation.
To book the appointment, you do not necessarily require a GP referral. However, it is important that a doctor or nurse has previously diagnosed that you would benefit from the procedure.
About your recovery:
It is important that you follow the advice the Hospital and the consultant provide you.
Afterwards, the Consultant will advise patients to refrain from removing earwax or cleaning their ears by inserting small objects such as cotton wool buds, into the ear canal.
The consultant will write to your GP confirming that the procedure has taken place.
Unfortunately, for some patients, who suffer from chronic impacted earwax they may require the procedure repeating every couple of months.
