Private Counselling for Depression

Depression and low mood can affect how you feel, think, and how you behave.

Our counsellor, Russel Hoyles, is professionally trained to help with mental health and emotional issues including depression, bereavement and loss, lifestyle issues, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress, health-related anxiety and midlife issues. He offers a no-obligation initial consultation, which allows you the opportunity to discuss the help on offer and to consider if the programme feels right for you too.

How much does it cost ?

The cost of a block programme is £695.

Each block programme consists of six one hour sessions including the initial no-obligation session, over a 3-4 month period.  Each session is face-to-face and completely confidential.

The initial consultation is offered on a no obligation basis, if you decide not to go ahead then there is no charge.

Throughout the programme, you will have additional dedicated support and access to the counsellor via telephone and email which complements the face to face sessions.
