How much does it cost ?

The cost of a block programme is £695.

Each block programme consists of six one hour sessions including the initial no-obligation session, over a 3-4 month period.  Each session is face-to-face and completely confidential.

The initial consultation is offered on a no obligation basis, if you decide not to go ahead then there is no charge.

Throughout the programme, you will have additional dedicated support and access to the counsellor via telephone and email which complement the face to face sessions.
